So the first thing you're probably wondering about is... What is people search? Well, it's a search engine designed specifically to sift through people. Instead of typing the name "John Doe" into google, for instance, you can type it into a people search engine and find them that way! You could also search by phone numbers, emails, addresses and more! But what the people search engine is isn't the reason you're interested, you're interested in making your OWN people search engine, which is what will net you a lot of cash!
Tissa Godivatarne is the genius behind the idea, and trust me, this guy is a genius! He made 2.2 million dollars in total from his search engine business last year. He's also constantly dominating the leader boards at a well known multi-level marketing site called Global Domains International (website.ws, if you want to visit the site). Here the "leader boards" means the special program for referring new members to the multi level marketing part of the business. GDI gives a referrer $100 for every 5 sign-ups to their program per week per five sign-ups. So if you get 15 sign ups in a week, you get paid $100 for each five, or $300. But that's just their contest, in addition, those people join your downline and you get 10% of the payment that they make for staying in each month for as long as they're a member. Typically people pay at least $10 for having their domain, but may pay more than that if they have multiple domains. At minimum it's only $1, but guess what? This continues on for 5 levels!
So you start off making $1 or so on, let's say, 5 people. That totals $5, but then these people are also having fun and referring people. If they each get 5 people in their downline, then you get 25 people in your next downline (after your original sign ups) as well to make 10% off of. You still make 10% of your original referrals payment, but also 10% of their referals payment, for a total of $30 if all of these referrals pay the minimum $10 for their site. And it keeps going until the fifth level, where, if everyone consistently gets five referrals you'll get paid $3,905! This is the program that's built into the ACME people search engine, and one of the larger points of focus in it.
But GDI is just one stream of income!You also have several more, like Clickbank, HD publishing, and adsense! You can cash out on all three streams after you following Tissa's three simple steps:
Step 1: Affiliatize:
You plug in your affiliate ID into several affiliate programs, like clickbank and HD publishing mentioned above, and you can get 35% of your People Search Engine's commissions when you promote it! This means that your affiliate link appears 35% of the time your personal engine is online. That's pretty bad- only 1/3 of the time having your link displayed!
Step 2: Monetize: This is when you will brand your search engine with its own unique name, and also where you will get your GDI membership. After you complete the GDI sign-up and set up, you'll have the opportunity to start linking people to a site with a domain that you personally set up and start raking in the cash!Also in the monetize step you will still be capable of gathering referrals to your site, even if your referral link is only showing 65% of the time. Step 3 Advertise: The final step is all you! Well, almost all you. The first $125 you manage to gather will be courtesy of Tissa himself, advertising your search engine and pulling profits. He'll auto credit your account when you make the specified amount, but you won't be able to cash out and claim that money until you continue on and make $75 on your own. This is probably the most frustrating and time consuming part of the whole ordeal if you've got little cash. After 30 days, Tissa will charge you $30 for keeping your displayal rate, giving you access to the GDI "secret sign-up sauce" which is a fancy way of saying "strategies to dominate the leaderboards every week with the special referral program", and the super affiliate switch, which will give you the possibility of earning up to $125 per referral through HostGator hosting as opposed to the lesser GDI referral!
You're given all of that FREE for 30 days before he actually charges your PayPal, though, and you have every opportunity to cancel! The more costly part of this step is the Wealthy Affiliate subscription. However, the $40 you have to pay for Wealthy Affiliate is completely optional and you can cancel it at any time too (otherwise it rebills monthly automatically). Keep in mind that if you drop Tissa's $30/month subscription you'll also be dropping his secret sign up sauce, the HostGator extra profit, and, most important, your 100% displayal rate so people that visit your site only see your referral link 2/3 of the time.Trust me, it's WELL worth it to keep everything and get the Wealthy Afilliate membership, as there's so much you can learn from the people on the forums! You'll make back everything you've invested and have some residual income set up if you just refer 3 people and they stay in for 3 months with just Tissa's referral program (he pays you $5 for referrals that stay in at least Step 1 for 30 days, then another $15 for referrals that get to Step 2 by 45 days, and if you get someone to step 3 in 65 days you'll get another $15)!
This is basically the gist of ACME People Search. Learning to use it so far has been a pretty fun experience. I've gotten a sign up (yes, singular) and I've been with it for about a week.
